Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Accountability of payment processes for both client and consumer payments
• This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying reported payments from client reports.
• Additional tasks may also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions.
• Reconcile and/ or note and report discrepancies found in records.
• Strong data entry skills with ability to process high volumes of transactions accurately.
• Qualified candidate must have Proven organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi task.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm focus during hectic periods.
• Maintain calm temperament- always display a positive attitude
• Any other duties assigned by the Director of Payment Processing, Director of Accounting, CEO and CAO
• Above all, Client Satisfaction

Hourly: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Education:

Associate's Degree (Preferred, not required)

Highschool Diploma (Or equivalent)

Experience:

2 years of profession experience in a banking/financial/accounting role

Schedule:

Monday- Friday

No Weekends

Day/Evening shift

In office presence, NO remote work

Full time (40 hours per week)
