We are dedicated to helping businesses streamline their financial operations, enhance security, and optimize their payment processing systems. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Payment Processing Consultant to join our team and drive the success of NET1.
The Payment Processing Consultant position will work with the existing software customer base to recommend electronic payment solutions. The candidate will develop a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships. You will work closely with our clients to ensure they leverage the full potential of NET1, providing expert guidance on payment processing best practices, and contributing to their success in the world of digital finance.
This is a remote position within the United States.
Responsibilities:

• Meet or surpass the monthly quota for business sold and lead requirements (revenue-generating activities)
• Use prospecting and follow-up skills with prospects to uncover potential upsells with existing customers and/or net new clients
• Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying the prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
• Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to prospects
• Works with other Business Unit sales employees

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, Business, Finance or Communications preferred
• 5+ years B2B or B2C sales experience
• Knowledge of payment processing industry trends, regulations, and best practices preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
• Limited travel about 5-10%
