Salary- Possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in clearinghouse and/or Payer Enrollments.
- Ensure efficient enrollment of Claims Management and Claims Management Pro clients for electronic claim, ERA, and eligibility transactions, adhering to established processes and procedures.
- Address customer inquiries promptly, conduct enrollment status checks, and facilitate processing of Payer Enrollment forms.
- Resolve customer issues in accordance with standard operating procedures, ensuring thorough documentation of all activities.
- Utilize Adobe Acrobat proficiently to complete Payer Enrollment forms accurately.
- Maintain compliance with Client’s policies, procedures, and mission statement, emphasizing confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned or deemed necessary to support operational and financial objectives of the company.
- Uphold responsibilities related to the separation of duties within job function, ensuring compliance with applicable processes and procedures.
