Immersed in our organization and culture, as well as, involved in a full range of activity at Richemont & our Maison's.
You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service.
Patrimony and Archival Intern
YOUR MISSION
Write finding aid on selected collection
Rehouse collections in archival enclosures
QC, index, and classify the digital archives
Assist the archivist in the general and daily preservation of the archives collection
Assist the archivist with the management of the general inventory
YOUR PROFILE
Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college Master's program in Information science or Archives and Preservation at the time of application
Must have experience working on a thesaurus and digital documents
Knowledge of the International Archiving Standards
Knowledge of physical and intellectual classification scheme
Ability to read texts written in script/cursive
French language skills strongly preferred
Interest and experience in art history or history a plus
Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as empower and assist others to achieve success
Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives
Excellent organization skill with accurate attention to detail is required
Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program
Able to move heavy boxes
Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visas for summer internships
Must be age 18 or older to participate

Salary range: $20 - 25/hourly
