SUMMARY: The Patient Services Representative is responsible for the daily operations of the facility registration and scheduling. Processes and reviews patient accounts and necessary insurance paperwork. Provides excellent customer service to external and internal customers.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or general education degree preferred.
- One to two years of experience preferred.
- Must be able to perform basic operations on a computer.
