Patient Services Representative Responsibilities to Include:
- Uses effective and professional communication skills with patients and staff
- Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone and thanking them for choosing CPA as their medical home
- Cross covers the communications team, as needed to maintain excellent level of service for the patients/visitors
- Effectively communicates with patients and visitors about any expected delays
- Contributes to team service efforts, including TOS collections and care goals, by accomplishing set goals
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior medical practice experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of computer applications. Prior experience with EMR preferred.
- Ability to speak, read and write effectively.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines, in a detail-oriented manner.
- Flexible scheduling availability required
