SalaryBrightView is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to interact with and guide patients through visits in our facility. Ideal candidates will exhibit strong customer service skills and have experience performing administrative and clinical tasks in a medical facility.
Responsibilities:
- checking patients in for their appointments
- taking vitals
- making follow up appointments in the EMR system
- verifying insurance eligibility
- preparing patient paperwork
- answering multi-line phone system
- making appointment confirmation calls
- other duties as assigned
Expectations:
- candidates should be comfortable with general computer use, including Microsoft office and EMR systems
- candidates should be able to work individually and as part of a team
- candidates should present in a professional manner
*Employment is contingent on a urine drug screen and background check*
