Position: Patient Services Specialist (PSS)
Duration: 6-month, Contract to hire
Hours: M-F, 8-5
Start Date: ASAP
Must-Haves:
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Ability to communicate effectively with physicians
- Experience in a medical environment, scheduling patients, etc.
- Valid Florida driver's license for travel to clinics is required.
- **Must be able to clear a nicotine test for onboarding (including vaping, e-cigarettes, hookah, pouches, etc.)
Day-to-Day:
- General front office responsibilities – Check in, check out, referral coordinating and follow up on referral appointments
- Scheduling new patient appointment and delegating to physicians
- Assist the Director of Operations as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
