SalaryWe are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our primary care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage and collecting payments. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and provide a positive experience for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Verify patient information and update records as necessary.
- Provide information about primary care services and procedures.
- Collect payments and process insurance claims.
- Assist with patient registration.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
