Responsibilities:
- Communicate with existing members regarding their medication status, billing issues, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service.
- Adept at handling a high volume of calls.
- Strong customer retention skills.
- Proficient in basic computer programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
