Patient Service Representative

The Vision Centers are GROWING again and we are looking to hire full-time Patient Service Representatives for all 4 of our Las Vegas locations. We are a full-service optical center with the knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to help our patients in Las Vegas look and feel their best.

Our ideal candidate would have previous experience with:

• Scheduling patient visits and answer pre-visit questions

• Scheduling outpatient appointments

• Perform analytical and data entry tasks

• Answering patient calls, emails and questions

• Confidently manage patient accounts
• Ability to push through repetitive tasks including a lot of time spent on the phone

• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday
