Patient Scheduling Coordinator

Maple Grove Family Dental Clinic is a well-established private practice located in the heart of Maple Grove. Our office includes private treatment suites, state-of-the-art equipment and is environmentally friendly for our patients of all ages.

We are now seeking highly qualified candidates for our Patient Care Coordinator position. Qualifications for this position include; excellent communication & customer service skills, strong work-ethic, compassion, dependability, proficiency with dental software. Must possess a friendly, positive, and flexible attitude, as well as the ability to multi-task with efficiency in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to; greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments to meet patient and practice needs, ensuring all patient information is entered correctly, assisting patients with the use of their dental benefits, presenting treatment plans with confidence, collecting payment day of service, follow through with office correspondence and other administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Dental office experience and knowledge of dental terminology and dental benefits is a requirement for this position.

Position Details Include:

4-5 day workweek with NO WEEKENDS or LATE EVENINGS!
