We have successfully transitioned our clients from painful conditions which they thought were “something I had to live with” into free-moving, pain-free fans. What makes us different from traditional physical therapy practices is our approach. We believe in the intimate connection between movement patterns and musculoskeletal pain to assess the source of the injury.
Our highly experienced team includes:
-New York State Licensed Physical Therapists
-Certified ART® and Facial Counterstrain Providers
-Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialists
-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists
-FMS Certified Trainers
We assess stability, flexibility, mechanical and neuromuscular functions then collaborate to correct and get to the core of the problem. It’s that simple. We don’t waste time. Our goal is to make our clients move and feel better than when they walked in the door.
