We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Customer Representative who is fluent in to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system.
- Provide language assistance to Spanish-speaking patients.
- Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Educate patients on available healthcare resources.
- Address patient concerns and ensure a positive healthcare experience.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in patient navigation or related roles.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and medical terminology.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
Compensation:
- Pay rate: $18-20 per hour based on experience
