Full Job Description

We are a growing orthodontic office looking to hire a treatment coordinator to join our team! This position is in San Mateo and is available immediately. A qualified candidate will have an outgoing personality and a passion for working with people. This position is full time.

This is a privately owned dental office in San Mateo.

Job duties include:

• Greet and check patients in/out
• Treatment coordinating and patient scheduling
• Screen and answer phone calls
• Check insurance benefits and collect payments
• Business development and social media '
