About the Position:
This position is responsible for educating and instructing patients at our center in the use of portable equipment that will monitor their sleep. Primary duties consist of:
- Explaining the portable sleep testing equipment to patients
- Communicate with clinical and scheduling teams
- Electronic medical record entry
- Clean the home sleep testing equipment upon it’s return
- All other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- HS diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in a customer service role
- Good verbal and written communication
- Comfortable using computer (Microsoft Office)
- Organized and detail oriented
- Dependability, enthusiasm and professionalism
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
