SalaryEssential Functions:
- Perform clinical and administrative tasks
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, register patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance coverage, complete all necessary forms accurately.
- Assist Certified Medical Assistants in the clinic to room patients, take vital signs, perform medication reconciliation, and prepare and maintain exam rooms.
- Process referrals, medical records releases and additional duties as required.
Minimum Education Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum Experience Required:
- Prior clinical experience strongly preferred
- Computer literacy essential
- Working knowledge of computerized scheduling and EMR system desired
- Strong customer service skills a must
- PCT training
