What is Mobile Medical?
Mobile Medical is full-service in-home primary care to the home-bound/home-limited patient population, focusing on total patient care.
What does a Mobile Medical Clinical Navigator do?
A Mobile Medical Clinical Navigator assists in the care of patients by processing orders after provider visits. Some of those services include:
- Processing orders such as home health services, labs, DME, radiology, and other diagnostic services as requested
- Collaborate with other team members and comply with all medical record standards and policies
- Completing prior authorizations for patients when necessary
- Processing medication refills
- Managing home health updates
What are the qualifications for a Mobile Medical Clinical Navigator?
- Associates Degree (Preferred)
- One year of medical office experience (preferred)
What skills are required to be a Mobile Medical Clinical Navigator?
- Self-motivated
- Customer service
- Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
What shifts are available?
The position is an in-office opportunity, and the schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
