DS FAMILY MEDICINE is a small business in Covington, LA. Our goal is to provide progressive personalized primary health care that focuses on getting to the root cause of any health issue with utilizing specialized testing and supplements.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer support and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients with familiarity in medical insurance
- Act as an assistant to the management team
- Schedule appointments
- Collect office visit payments
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, restocking as necessary
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in transcribing, filing, and proofreading documents
- Familiarity with using scheduling systems (Dux), EHR sytems (Sevocity), and payment systems (Square)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
This position requires a professional and motivated individual who can handle a fast-paced office environment while providing exceptional customer service.
