Patient Care Assistant Job Description
Under the supervision of the Administrative Supervisor, the Patient Care Assistant (PCA) will assist in maintaining the therapeutic environment and safety of the inpatient detox unit. The PCA will work in collaboration with both the medical and clinical staff in providing the most effective and supportive treatment to all clients admitted onto the detox unit.
Patient Care Assistant Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience with a 12 Step Program or comparable experience preferred
- Part-time, second shift, weekends
