We’re looking for a Rockstar Patient Care Assistant to support a busy, multifaceted, patient-centered integrative medicine clinic. The ideal candidate loves to smile, laugh, and socialize with patients to make them feel like they are the only person in the room. We will train you on everything you need to do. No prior training is required for this job.
The tasks and responsibilities of this position will vary from week to week and would involve everything from answering the phone to assisting in hands-on Patient Care to more mundane things like vacuuming, cleaning dishes, or doing laundry. Your vocabulary doesn’t include “that is not my job.” Nothing great was ever built alone.
You should be a skilled and adaptable problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is autonomous, can follow directions with ease and might be considered a jill-of-all-trades as this role and its tasks are ever-changing. You love the telephone and find real joy in laughing and socializing with patients, making them feel like the only person in the room. You are authentic, outgoing and ready to commit to the long haul.
There is growth potential. As the practice and our services expand, so will your opportunities and income. The more you can bring to the table, the quicker this will happen.
- Hours required: Tuesday 11-7pm, Wednesday 11-7pm, Thursday 10-5pm.
- Opportunity for expansion of hours based on clinic growth.
- 30, 60 and 90 day reviews with performance-based raises.
- Starting pay: $17/hour.
