Line Cook - Job Description:

The Line Cook is an essential role. This role reports directly to the Sous Chef. The Pastry Line Cook follows recipes and must feel comfortable working at a high pace while maintaining quality standards. This position is ideal for an experienced Pastry Line Cook eager to learn new techniques and experience working for a world-class French brand.

Line Cook - Requirements:

• Prepping
• Maintaining quality standards
• Applying knowledge of various cooking techniques
• Following hygiene standards
• Time management
• Organization of their station

Line Cook - Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a direct Line Cook role
• Attention to detail
• Motivated and self-directed
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Flexible schedule (including some weekends & holidays)
