Line Cook - Job Description:
The Line Cook is an essential role. This role reports directly to the Sous Chef. The Pastry Line Cook follows recipes and must feel comfortable working at a high pace while maintaining quality standards. This position is ideal for an experienced Pastry Line Cook eager to learn new techniques and experience working for a world-class French brand.
Line Cook - Requirements:
- Prepping
- Maintaining quality standards
- Applying knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Following hygiene standards
- Time management
- Organization of their station
Line Cook - Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a direct Line Cook role
- Attention to detail
- Motivated and self-directed
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Flexible schedule (including some weekends & holidays)
