Power Careers LLC has partnered with a growing client who is a top notch provider of emergency power system maintenance.
Our client is based out of the Bay area, and is seeking to add a Parts Specialist for their warehouse to handle part orders and assisting with customer needs.

**Job Description: Entry-Level Parts Clerk**
**Responsibilities:**
- Keep track of inventory status, order and speed up parts from suppliers.
- Receive, organize, and prepare goods for use.
- Perform regular stock checks to account for equipment and maintain proper inventory levels.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned work area.
**Key Tasks:**
- Accurately create and track purchase orders.
- Ensure timely placement of purchase orders to meet quality, safety, and timeliness standards.
- Coordinate with different departments to guarantee on-time delivery of items and services.
- Communicate effectively with team members and assist in various departments as required.
- Be flexible with work schedules to accommodate operational needs.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication for technical matters.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Two (2) years of experience as a Parts Clerk, specifically in automotive or industrial equipment parts/stockroom department.
- One (1) year of experience with a computerized parts system.
- Basic math skills, Microsoft Suite proficiency, and computer literacy.
- Forklift operation certification.
- Physical ability to stoop, bend, work in small spaces, climb ladders, and lift objects up to 65 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work in adverse/outdoor weather conditions.
- Comfortable using phones and computers for data entry.
