Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and procuring the correct parts for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Collaborate with vendors to order parts and manage procurement processes
- Coordinate with technicians and mechanics to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Manage the organization and cleanliness of the parts department
Requirements:
- Proficient in procurement management and supply chain processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with light construction equipment is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills for inventory management and order processing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
