Essential Job Functions:
- Complete parts estimates and order requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Compliance with company and customer safety policies
- Maintain good interpersonal and communication skills and relationship
- Order necessary parts and supplies from various vendors, considering both quality and cost
- Track incoming parts using purchase orders and make sure parts are marked with proper part number
- Enter parts in computer system with proper cost and bin location
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Knowledge of parts related to medium/heavy duty trucks, construction equipment, and aerial equipment
- Knowledge of parts pricing procedures
- Strong computer competence - we will train on our systems; applicants must have good keyboarding and general computer knowledge
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
