Main Objective

The PSR position was designed to make ordering parts whether it be Warranty, Install, Truck Stock, Replenishments, RTR or SDR parts more efficient. The PSR will use two separate forms in Service Titan to track Return Trip for Repairs as well as Same Day Repairs. Moreover, the PSR will maintain Warranty claims as well as order all departments’ truck stock daily/weekly.

Responsibilities

•   Utilize Service Titan reports to track all Same Day Return parts needed (SDR Form) and Return Trip for Repairs (RTR Form) Make sure all RTR forms are paired with a job placed On Hold that was booked from the estimate. As well as make sure all SDR forms are paired with a job that’s work was completed the same day. If a SDR job turns into a RTR then the RTR form must be completed and the RTR job will be placed on hold.
•   Maintain the On Hold Board Daily to ensure all RTR jobs are handled swiftly and efficiently.
•   Utilize Parts Runners and Warehouse Associates for SDR jobs. Make sure that the Technician/Plumber that is waiting for part deliveries completes pre work needed before parts are needed. If Parts Runner is unavailable, used creative discretion to efficiently get parts to Technician/Plumber.
•   Maintain and organize all parts in the warehouse and make sure all truck stock is ordered and distributed into the technician’s bin as needed. Order Truck Stock on designated days for Installers and maintain a clear and concise schedule for other department truck stock orders.
•  Order filters for remaining Lifetime and Elite Club members annually.
•   Follow and carry out the Warranty Process for all warranty jobs.
•   Remain on the back up dispatch line and assist with technician calls.
•   Future adjustments and/or changes as needed.

Skills Needed

•   Strong organization and attention to detail.
•   Ability to keep to a deadline.
•   Ability to communicate with team and all managers of Arlinghaus to make sure all processes are always up to date for part ordering per department.
