Parts Representative

Ditch Witch of the Rockies is the authorized dealer of Ditch Witch, Subsite, Hammerhead, and other lines of underground construction equipment. We are dedicated to servicing the needs of contractors, utilities, governmental agencies, landscapers, and various other users of our equipment.

Ditch witch of the Rockies is looking to fill a full-time position in our Parts Department in Nampa.

This is a very active and involved roll for a construction equipment dealership.

Those looking to apply will need to be able to work in a constantly moving and evolving workplace.

Primary responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Answering phone calls, taking parts orders and/or getting the phone call to the proper department.
• Troubleshooting and helping facilitate parts needs for the service, rental and sales departments
• Greeting customers as they arrive
• Helping customers at the parts and rental counters, as well as service bills, when needed
• Loading and off loading of LTL trucks and equipment truckloads
• Checking in daily orders/shipments for accuracy. Receiving them into the computer
• Invoicing of parts to customers, via walk-in or UPS/LTL shipments
• Occasional delivery or pick up of parts
• Cleaning and organizing of the showroom as well as the store grounds
• Other misc. tasks that may be asked upon the parts departments
• Other duties as assigned.

Must haves for employment:

• Pass pre-employment drug screening
• Have clean driver’s license
• Reliable and predictable attendance required
• Availability to work overtime when needed
• Forklift experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to occasionally lift 50lbs without assistance
• Computer literate
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
