MUST HAVE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE, 3/5 YEARS OF MANAGEMENT BACK ROUND. Needs to have working knowledge with Reynolds & Reynolds.
- As the Parts Manager you will be responsible to provide leadership and guidance to all employees in your department while working closely with the Management Team
- Managing an efficient and profitable Parts Department
- Customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitoring and processing special orders in a timely manner
- Manufacturer training
- Maintain a clean and organized Inventory
- Accurate record keeping of returned items
- Review daily Sales Reports to monitor progress
- Invoicing
- Monitoring Parts Department Gross Profit
- Overseeing and managing all Parts Department Employees- Including: Counter People, Shipping and Receiving and Parts Delivery Drivers
- Prepare monthly reconciliation reports.
- Minimum 5 years experience working in Dealership Automotive Parts, in a management position.
- Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds DMS preferred
- Toyota/ Lexus experience helpful.
