Parts Manager

Sharp Motor Company is a Ford and Dodge (Stellantis) New car dealership. We are looking for someone with a strong Ford background. Our dealership is 60-65% Ford Service and Dodge 35-40% service.

A Parts Manager needs to perform well under pressure and understand the fluctuating needs for various replacement parts to excel in the role. They’re responsible for keeping the business well-stocked and keeping customers happy. Some day-to-day Parts Manager job duties include:

• Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Monitoring the current parts inventory
• Pricing parts to maintain profitability
• Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
• Helping customers find and purchase the correct parts
• Overseeing special orders
• Collaborating with service managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
• Hiring, supervising and training parts department staff members
• Manage warranty returns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

```Qualifications```
- Previous Ford Dealership experience in automotive repair preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures and automotive service standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,518.00 - $90,000.00 per year
