Parts Manager
Job Description:
The Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing the parts department and ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively. This includes managing inventory, ordering parts, and ensuring that customers receive the correct parts in a timely manner. The Parts Manager will also be responsible for managing a team and ensuring that they are properly trained and motivated to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and ensure that parts are ordered in a timely manner
- Order, receive, and stock parts
- Ensure that customers receive the correct parts in a timely manner
- Manage a team and ensure that they are properly trained and motivated to provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the parts department
- Ensure that the parts department is in compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Work with other departments to ensure that parts are available when needed
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a parts management role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage a team and motivate them to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of parts and systems
