F&I Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated F&I Manager to join our team at Capital City CDJR in Jefferson City, MO. This is a new location for our group looking to build a team of motivated professionals. As an F&I Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional financial services to our customers and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process. Duties:
- Manage the financing and insurance process for vehicle sales
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with financing options and explaining terms and conditions
- Develop and maintain relationships with lenders to secure competitive financing rates for customers
- Review credit applications and determine appropriate financing options
- Negotiate loan terms with customers to ensure profitability for the dealership
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork for loan documentation and title processing
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to financing and insurance

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or finance is required
- Strong knowledge of financial services, including loan processing and credit analysis
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and lenders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for loan processing and documentation (CDK, Darwin, RouteOne, Dealertrack,EContracting)

Pay: $85,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
