Front End Associate
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or dealership setting
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of inventory and maintain a tidy front end area
