```Job Summary```
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers and provide them with assistance as needed
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a ticket system.
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Assist with stock replenishment and ensure coolers are properly stocked
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals
```Experience```
- Previous experience in restaurant or customer service is preferred but not required
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
