Good communication and customer service skills
Answer incoming phone calls & relay messages
Take info for service call & adding to the Service Calls calendar
Light clerical & computer entry, including filing
Create Customer Invoices in QuickBooks Online * Some QuickBooks Online experience is a plus
Process UPS orders, including creating UPS shipping labels for outgoing parts
Receive incoming parts & stocking
Follow up on parts shortages by reporting to the Parts Manager
Perform other tasks as required by the Parts Manager
Assist in keeping Parts Department clean and orderly

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
