Billing Department Supervisor

Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized supervisor who can ensure timely and accurate billing for our OB/GYN practice. You will be overseeing daily operations, collaborating with third-party partners to troubleshooting billing issues and implementing process improvements

Duties & Responsbilities:

• Lead and motivate our Billing Department staff
• Ensure compliance with medical billing practices and regulations
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently
• Identify and implement solutions to streamline billing processes
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and providers
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Perform annual performance reviews for your team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an OB/GYN setting
• Medical billing certification
