Duncan's Hokie Honda & Hyundai is looking for a Parts Counter Sales team member. This is full-time position offers a fun and fast paced working environment. The hours are 7:30am-5:30pm .

Daily job duties :

· Work with our technicians to pull and order parts.

Ensure correctness of parts quoted or ordered by vin driven catalogs

· Answering phones and email inquiries from repair shops and fulfill orders .

Develop strategies and game plans for increasing sales

· Contact local vendors in our area to find immediate solutions for needed parts .

Online sale and shipments

· Inventory tracking and organization and processing

Applicant requirements :

· Strong understanding of the automotive parts industry.

· Reliable with a strong work ethic.

Positive attitude to succeed

Energy to open minded thoughts to getting task done in your surroundings.

· Previous experience in a maintenance shop or auto repair or retail parts

· Previous experience working in an automotive retail or wholesale store

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm

Compensation:

· Competitive earnings structure based on experience and monthly sales.

Pay plans can include salary ranges, hourly pay , commission pay or a combination.
