Transteck has an immediate opening for a 2nd shift experienced Parts Counter person for our Freightliner of York heavy truck dealership. Hours will be 11 am - 7 pm.
Description for Parts Counter:
- In person/phone/email/online sales
- Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment
- Meet sales goals and gross profit goals
- Order parts according to dealership procedures
- Maintain special order parts for service department
- Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes
- Provide written quotes to customers as needed
- Process core/warranty according to company guidelines
- Must be able to work 11 am - 7 pm
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- One-Two years sales experience preferred
