Position Overview:
The Parts coordinator is responsible for the management of the Parts Department. This individual will have proven success in building effective relationships within a team, with peers, other departments, and vendors. The successful candidate will exhibit a desire to be a part of a growing and dynamic team.
Requirements:Position Duties:
- Take full accountability for establishment, management, and growth of the Parts Department.
- Identify and understand all key workflows within the Parts Department.
- Interact and communicate with vendors, service advisors, estimators, and technicians.
- Invoice parts and return parts.
- Work in tandem with our central parts ordering department.
- Maintain department efficiency by investigating concerns, routing them to the appropriate staff member to assist them, and responding to special requests.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Positive - Takes Initiative
- Organizational skills are key in this role
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years’ experience working in the parts field
- Strong computer skills and highly proficient with MS Office Suite and able to navigate between other software systems depending on tasks
- Previous experience working in the collision industry is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Team player with an energetic personality and great attitude
- Must be 18 years or older
- Spanish speaker a plus
- Must be able to lift 50 LBS
- Will be on your feet the majority of the day
