Bailey is looking for a Parts Clerk to join our Piney Flats team!
Bailey sold its first forklift in 1949. Since then, Bailey has been a family-owned and operated business dedicated to selling, leasing, renting, servicing, and providing parts for forklift trucks throughout the southeast.
- Act as parts representative to walk-in customers.
- Source parts for lift trucks.
- Take phone orders from customers.
- Provide parts quotes to customers.
- Order parts for stock.
- Assist with inventory control.
- Work with dispatchers to transfer parts stock between branches.
- Assist Bailey Company sales reps with quoting and provide pricing to them when they are in the field.
- Assist with shipping and receiving.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Support all sectors of the Bailey Company.
- Uniform is required and provided by company
- High school education (minimum).
- Computer literacy.
- Willingness and ability to work with new computer programs.
- Customer Service experience.
- Ability to interact with customers (internal & external) in person and over the telephone.
- Willingness to observe proper phone etiquette/manners.
- Must be reliable.
