We are a forklift dealership looking to add a Parts Associate to our parts department.
An ideal candidate for this position will have forklift/machinery knowledge, prior parts experience, proficient computer skills, customer service skills and the ability to multi-task.
Job requirements include buying and selling parts via various online platforms and researching parts with limited description(s).
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service for parts department
- Take customer orders and finalize sales
- Pull parts for shop and field technicians and customer orders
- Receive parts and supplies form delivery sources
- Put stock away while keeping parts department clean and organized
- Complete forms and documents related to parts
- May be asked to pick up parts from vendors or deliver parts to customers
Requirements:
- Two (2) years parts experience, material handling
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- MS office, Outlook, Quickbooks knowledge
- Customer focused working towards continuous improvement and development
- Customer service experience required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
