Parts Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to join our team. As an Assistant, you will provide support to the team by assisting with various tasks and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities:

- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide general support to the team as needed

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge: Familiarity with mechanical systems and equipment
- Demand planning: Understanding of demand forecasting and planning processes
- Supplier management: Experience in managing relationships with suppliers/vendors
- Warehouse management: Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
