About the Role

The Partner Success Associate will be the oil that keeps the Partner Success Team running smoothly. They will operate behind the scenes to support our customer-facing team on projects large and small. This is a fast-paced job that will be perfect for someone looking to expand their career into EdTech and gain experience in all aspects of Partner Success. The range of responsibilities will include supporting administrative tasks for Implementation, Training, Support, Customer Marketing, coordinating shipping and deliveries, and more. In addition, the Partner Success Associate will be at-the-ready to jump on those urgent cross-functional tasks that commonly arise at an early stage startup.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, a team player ready to jump in and get the job done, and comfortable putting order to chaos. If you are coming from the classroom, or are early in your career in tech and are looking for exposure to the entire scope of Partner Success, this role is for you.

The Partner Success Associate will report to the Director of Partner Success.

What you Will do

• Assist with customer Implementation, handling csv uploads and other rostering needs
• Own customer Training logistics, including invites, registration, and post-training follow-up
• Handle customer Support, answering tickets in Zendesk, including minor weekend support answering customer tickets
• Contribute to Customer Marketing programs, upholding our high standards of quality
• Coordinate customer shipping logistics for collateral, swag, and other items as needed
• Provide timely and efficient email support to and internal stakeholders and customers
• Escalate bugs and issues to the engineering team clearly and effectively
• Help collect and analyze Partner Success metrics and data for portfolio of customers and partners
• Recommend improvements for Partner Success processes based on customer feedback and/or experience
• Act as a multiplier for our Partner Success Team, where your direct support will enable them to make an exponential impact with their customers
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet company goals

Your Skills and Experience

• 4 Year bachelor's degree or higher
• You are passionate about early childhood education
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You are a proven self-starter and show strong initiative
• You have built processes and enjoy making structure from ambiguity
• You are detail oriented and go the extra mile to make sure every step of a process has been completed
• You are self-motivated, hard-working, coachable, and driven
• You feel at home in a fast-paced environment where we don't know all the answers but are willing to learn and improve what we do with plenty of opportunities to expand your skills
• Spreadsheet experience (Excel or Sheets) is a plus
• 1+ years working at a startup is a plus (an EdTech startup is even better)

The salary for this role is set between $50,000 and $60,000 USD, along with stock options. The actual compensation offered will depend on work experience and skill level.
