Taylor Care Behavioral health is seeking a Program Supervisor in Tuckerton, New Jersey. Seeking an energetic, flexible and reliable individual to work in a team-oriented environment serving clients in a Mental Health, Adult Partial Care program.
Qualifications: Possess a master's degree in a mental health, rehabilitation or human services field, or a bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years experience in providing mental health services; or possess a relevant professional credential, such as: licensed clinical social worker, licensed professional counselor, licensed associate counselor, licensed rehabilitation counselor, licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor, licensed psychologist, or master of science in nursing.
Reports To: Program Director/Executive Director and Medical Director/APN
Duties:
1. Has primary responsibility for the provision and coordination of program services including daily programming and scheduling of staff and client
2. Assists with Supervising Primary Case Coordinators including conducting staff meetings, bi-weekly individual supervision and group supervisions
3. Carries caseload and facilitates groups as needed
4. Coordination of staff time off/call outs and scheduling of coverage
5. Assist in hiring, training and orientating new employees
6. May facilitate transportation including picking up and dropping off clients in transportation coordinator/driver absence
7. May facilitate intakes as needed in absence of intake coordinator
8. Maintains and updates clients’ records and all required documentation including but not limited to; review of weekly progress notes and treatment plans to ensure timeliness of documentation
9.Provides continuous assistance to clients that ask for help in accessing specific community services (i.e. health care, financial, acute care services, and basic needs services). Facilitate client needs including meeting with clients as needed, addressing client concerns and ongoing client care
10. Completion of Incident Reporting and Unusual Incident Reports and submission to the state and local entities
11. Ongoing communication with outside entities, referral sources and MCO/insurance providers as needed
12. Assumes other responsibilities as assigned by Program Director, Executive Director and/or Medical Director/APN
Salary:
$45,000-$55,000-negotiable based on experience
