SalaryA Smart Start Child Care, LLC. is looking to hire patient and caring individuals to lead and/or assist in our infant, toddler and preschool rooms. Interested individuals must love children, and encourage a healthy psychological and intellectual learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care and caregiving activities
- Use a wide range of teaching methods (reading, stories, media, indoor and/or outdoor activities, drawing, etc.) to enhance the child's abilities.
- Remain in communication with parents and update them on the progress of their children.
- Observe children's interaction and promote concord (educational opportunity).
- Collaborate with colleagues.
- Adhere with teaching standards and safety regulations.

The individuals filling these available positions must have at least their high school diploma and be willing to obtain all required background checks.
