PART TIME WEEKEND RECEPTIONIST

We have an immediate opportunity for a Part Time Weekend Receptionist. Must have an outgoing personality, the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

 Must have good communication skills and ability to handle customer situations and/or concerns.

 Must be able to coordinate and effectively communicate information to employees and management

 Must have proficient knowledge of word and excel and be able to monitor and produce reports.

 Job requires recordkeeping of a customer log

 Must be able to answer telephone calls, routing calls to the proper individual and taking messages as needed

 Must be able to communicate via email

 Must be properly groomed, professional in presentation and in compliance with Dealership dress code.

 Hours of work are Saturdays 9am – 6pm and Sundays 11am – 5pm

 Job requires sitting at a desk, welcoming customers and visitors to the dealership, working on a computer and answering telephone lines.

 Job will entail mostly sitting with occasional walking.

Qualified candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check and motor vehicle records check.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
