TRAINING SCHEDULER
PURPOSE:
To provide ongoing daily support to the Area Manager and/or Area Supervisor. To ensure all training is scheduled and completed for new hires and existing providers. To ensure excellent service delivery by developing and maintaining relationships with direct care staff, potential employees, Arizona Provider Training (APT) and all Arion personnel.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong computer skills with the ability to work with Microsoft Office.
- Confident written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Highly motivated, self-driven professional
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Satisfactory background check.
- Able to acquire a DPS fingerprint clearance card.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Schedule Zoom/Online/In-person training sessions through APT depending upon attendee availability.
- Send reminders via text or email of scheduled sessions to all attendees.
- Track completion of scheduled sessions and update New Hire files, DD Reports or other software programs.
- Reschedule missed training sessions.
- Communicate training status to hiring supervisors along with all other concerns or issues.
- Track upcoming training requirements as well as non-compliant, expired training.
- Timely response to all business communication
- Follow all company and state policies and procedures including, but not limited to:
- Reporting to work on time as scheduled.
- Refraining from excessive absenteeism.
- Obtaining prior approval for desired time off.
- Maintain all records, logs, spreadsheets, and other documentation as required by funding source, company rule, policy, and procedure.
- Ensure clean and safe environment free from abuse, intimidation and harassment is maintained.
- Maintain all training and certifications as required by funding source or company policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional demeanor and protect confidentiality of member, staff, and agency information.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This job operates as a remote tele-work position, as Arion Care Solutions does not provide a separate workplace at a corporate location. Working from home requires a high degree of discipline and the ability to have a space dedicated to work in the home and provision for childcare, if appropriate.
EVV COORDINATOR
PURPOSE
To assist and support management teams with EVV-related tasks and processes.
COMPETENCIES
- Must be at least 18 years of
- Pass required background
- Strong customer service experience
- High School Diploma
- Thorough knowledge of all Windows applications (Word & Excel)
- Ability to learn new software
- Experience with developmental disabilities is a
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Respond to all communication from members, families, and staff in a timely and professional
- Manage current Spoke Choice clock-ins,
- Monitor timecard errors,
- Monitor EVV location issues,
- Monitor provider engagement in SpokeChoice engagement (entering times daily)
- Monitor guardian engagement in SpokeChoice engagement (approving times daily)
- Monitor ATC tasks, HAH data and ECH note
- Monitor RSP daily times,
- Communicate and problem solve EVV/SpokeChoice related challenges with providers and
- Coordinate FOB and designee
- Maintain ongoing EVV-related attestations (provider and guardian).
- Support SpokeChoice and EVV-related troubleshooting
- Coordinate daily provider schedules (including schedule changes, missed/rescheduled sessions )
- Enter and maintain daily provider
- Communicate SpokeChoice/EVV-related reports with team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule in order to meet
- General office duties including data entry, spreadsheet maintenance and report
- Work as a team member with others to assist with their duties as necessary and
- Follow all company and State policies and procedures including, but not limited to:

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Must be available Monday through Friday - 8 hours a day between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm
- Part-time, primarily working remotely
