Job Overview:
We are seeking a Part Time Training professional to join our team. We are looking for someone that knows McDonalds procedures and can help coach shift managers.
Duties:
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of training sessions
- Prepare training materials and resources
- Set up training rooms and equipment
- Greet and register participants for training sessions
- Provide administrative support to trainers during sessions
- Monitor participant engagement and provide assistance as needed
- Collect feedback and evaluations from participants
- Maintain training records and documentation
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a training or teaching role preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
-Prior McDonalds experience
