We are looking for someone who can work 20 hours a week between the hours of 8:30 am and 12:30 pm Monday - Friday which includes 9 Saturdays per quarter from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm.
As a Part-Time Teller, you will play a vital role at your branch, for both your teammates and UW Credit Union’s members. Your job is to make a positive impact on members lives by accurately and enthusiastically performing a variety of transactions to meet their needs. If you enjoy problem solving, are eager to learn, and love working with people, this is the job for you!

- Welcome and assist members at the New Berlin branch, representing UW Credit Union.
- Strive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy.
- Keep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services.
- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line.
- Follow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures.
- Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members.
- Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate.
- Look for ways to exceed our members' expectations.
- Work with your branch team to address member and branch needs.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Ability to work 20 hours a week
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of prior experience in customer service
- Confidence with cash handling
- Proven ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse age groups and backgrounds
- Strong interpersonal and professional skills
- Collaborative team player who is also comfortable working independently in a self-directed environment
- Comfortable using computers and mobile devices
- Skilled in resolving issues and demonstrating empathy when needed
