Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
- Train and develop new employees on company policies, procedures, and systems
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong clerical and administrative abilities

- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling financial transactions
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees
