- Accurately and quickly take and place all food orders with the kitchen.
- Answer all questions about cooking methods, menu items, special, and prices of all items.
- Prepare beverage orders, deliver all beverage orders.
- Prepare the guest check accurately and present it before their departure.
- Perform all cash handling and room charge procedures in accordance to policies.
- Maintain communication with hosts, bartenders and Restaurant Managers to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Respond to customer needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales; report all issues to shift supervisor.
- Assist in seating and greeting the guests when necessary.
- Assist to clean, clear and re-set tables.
- Clean and restock service items.
